Our Advice Line Living Well volunteers provide information and guidance via telephone to people affected by chest or heart conditions, stroke or Long Covid who are experiencing issues affecting their well-being. Issues could range from sleep hygiene, managing stress, healthy eating, relaxation, to low mood.
This support will include listening, understanding callers' needs and signposting to external agencies.
Full training is provided, as well as on-going guidance and support from your volunteer line manager.
