Our Advice Line Cost of Living volunteers provide information and guidance via telephone to people affected by chest or heart conditions, stroke or Long Covid who are experiencing financial issues in relation to their health condition, including what benefits they may be entitled to.

This support will include listening, understanding callers' needs and signposting to external agencies.

Full training is provided, as well as on-going guidance and support from your volunteer line manager.
